Admissions Process

Steps to the Admissions Process

  1. Complete an Admission Inquiry Form to schedule a Virtual Admissions Session (scheduled throughout the year).
  2. Attend an informational meeting.  If you wish to attend, complete the Inquiry Form below, and indicate in the comments section how many people will attend the meeting.
  3. Request and complete an application.  Our application fee is $100 for a single student, or $150 per family.
  4. Applications are completed electronically and are sent via email through DocuSign.
  5. Upon completion of the application, submit the application fee electronically.
  6. Interviews will be scheduled after the application fee is received.  Interviews take 30 minutes, designed to be a time for us to get to know your family, and for you to get to know KCA.  Please bring any questions you may have about us or our program to your interview.
  7. Acceptance letters and registration paperwork will be sent via DocuSign. Families will have 3 business days to respond and 5 days to submit the registration fee electronically.  All fees are non-refundable.
  8. Tours of KCA are scheduled on an as-needed basis.  Upon filling out an admissions inquiry form, we will ask if you would like to schedule a tour.
