Who We Are

Who We Are

Katy Classical Academy is a Christ-centered classical school built on a strong partnership between professional educators and parents. We offer a unique educational model that blends classical curriculum, a biblical worldview, and a close-knit community of engaged families.

Students attend classes on campus Tuesdays and Thursdays, with guided academic work completed at home on alternate days—an approach that mirrors the rhythm and responsibility of a university-style schedule. Parents serve as intentional co-teachers, actively participating in their child’s education while being supported by KCA’s faculty and curriculum.
At KCA, our mission is to partner with families to teach, train, and inspire students to love learning, pursue truth, and live as faithful witnesses of Christ. We believe this is best accomplished in an environment that values character formation, academic excellence, and meaningful time between parents and children.

Our curriculum is rooted in a biblical worldview and the classical tradition, emphasizing thoughtful discussion, great books, and time-tested methods of instruction. This foundation is complemented by rigorous science and mathematics, rich fine arts, and hands-on learning experiences throughout a student’s years at KCA.

Our Mission
The Mission Statement of KCA is to glorify God by partnering with parents in the education of their students, with Christ-centered relationships and character development being equally as important as educational objectives.
We do this by working alongside parents as co-teachers, seeking to glorify God, pursue academic excellence, equip students and families, and serve our communities in fulfillment of the Great Commission.

KCA offers an honors-level classical education founded on a biblical worldview through a five-day learning model: two days of in-person instruction and three days of guided work at home. This approach allows families meaningful time together while maintaining rigorous academic standards.

Through the classical tradition, we cultivate a broad foundation of knowledge, strong critical thinking skills, and a genuine love of learning. Guided by the Lord, we aim to equip students to confidently understand, live, and defend their faith with love, boldness, and assurance.
